Cancellation policy

At Maarie, we understand that plans change — and sometimes so do purchases. Below is our cancellation policy to help guide you through the process.

Order Cancellation

Eligible for Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Cancellations must be made before the order is processed or shipped.

Not Eligible for Cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been processed, packed, or shipped.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Final sale or promotional items.

    How to Cancel an Order

    1. Use the “Cancel Order” option in your account order history (if available).

    2. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

      Refund for Cancelled Orders

      • If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

      • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

        Late Cancellations / Already Shipped Orders

        If your order has already shipped, you may:

        • Wait for the order to arrive.

        • Initiate a return under our Return Policy if eligible.
