Maarie Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund as follows:

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error.

  • If the returned item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition, a partial refund or store credit may be issued at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:

    • Check your bank account again.

    • Contact your credit card company (processing may take time).

    • Reach out to your bank.
